he Instructor Development Course is a course designed to take qualified Divemaster and train them to become PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors.  During this course you will learn how to teach dive theory for certifications from Open Water Scuba Diver through to Divemaster.  Candidates will also learn how to teach basic in water skills.  The purpose of this course is to prepare candidate for the Instructor Exam which is conducted by an PADI examiner.  Successful completion of the IDC is required to be able to participate in the Instructor Examination.  Upon successful completion of the IE, candidates will be qualified to teach PADI dive courses from Open Water through Divemaster.
