Dates and Tuition
- Summer 2010: June 4th to July 3rd (30 day)
- $5580 (Includes tuition, room, board, meals, program activities, student support throughout the program. Tuition does not include international airfare, travel insurance and personal expenses)

Academics
- Students are registered in academic course accredited through Lesley University
- 3 Credits in Spanish Language
- Oral History project including ethnographic research as well as using practical language skills

Included Activities and Excursions
- 5 day trek through the Andes Mountain starting in the mountain village of Achupallas and finishing at Ingapirca Incan Ruins
- Visit an Ecuadorian agricultural school and flower farm.
- Learn about traditional Ecuadorian ceramic making.
- Visit a famous Panama hat maker in his tiny studio and contrast that with a visit to a large scale production facility of Panama hats.
- Explore the colonial city of Cuenca.

- High school Graduate
- One year High School or College Spanish
- Minimum GPA: 2.50
