Course Description
This course if focused learning how to teach the dive theory and dive skills learned during Divemaster training. Candidates will learn different methods to teach various materials and skill to students. Students will have a variety of opportunities to practice teach and receive feedback from their Course Directors. Feedback is constructive to help aid candidates learn effective ways to teach. With successful completion of this course candidates will be prepared to take the Instructor Examination which if successfully passed certifies students to teach PADI dive course from Open Water through to Divemaster. |

Field Studies and exercises
- Two confined water teaching presentations
- Two knowledge development presentations
- One open water teaching presentations integrating two skills
- Performing all 20 dive skills listed on the Skill Evaluation
- Execute a facedown, nonstop swim for 800 metres/yards using a mask, snorkel and fins
